PBR
|
PBR (Purlin Bearing Rib) panels are taller-ribbed, 26ga, structural steel panels that work great for roofing and siding for your commercial, industrial, and agricultural applications. Since the PBR panel is engineered and designed for structural stability, it is well suited for open-frame support conditions, as well as with solid substrate. The 1-1/4” high major ribs every 12”, along with the built-in anti-siphon groove, provide superior weather tightness. From high-speed winds to heavy rain to deep snow, the PBR panel provides protection and longevity, all the while offering an appealing profile.

SNAP-LOCK is an affordable upgrade that will provide decades of beauty and protection from wind, rain, hail, and snow. STANDING SEAM
|
STANDING SEAM panels have a timeless and definitive style with their 1 ½” seams that create bold shadow lines and increased integrity for low slope, wide span, and open purlin system applications. This commercial-grade panel can be installed as roofing, siding, and accent with a hidden fastener clip system that allows the panels to float as needed during normal thermal expansion and contraction. We produce our panels with shallow bead ribs to not only increase strength, but to minimize oil-canning when creating continuous, seamless lines from ridge to eaves. Our STANDING SEAM panel comes in the mechanically seamed profile (SS150), as well as the snap locking seams over hidden fasteners profile (SS450sl). Similar qualities with different visuals.

SMP PAINT
COLOR CHART FOR 29 & 26GA
SMP paint systems are developed using a blend of polyester and silicone agents. Silicone acts to improve the gloss retention and weather resistance of the polyester coating. SMP pre-painted steel has been used for decades and is preferred by many building owners due to the relative durability of the coating and the budget-friendly cost as compared to other more expensive paint systems.

PVDF PAINT
COLOR CHART FOR 24GA
PVDF is a resin made up of about 70% polyvinylidene thermoplastic fluoropolymer and 30% acrylic. With trademarked names like Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000®, PVDF resins are the best protective coatings to withstand extreme temperatures, sun exposure, and humidity in the atmosphere. Therefore, you can expect less chalking and fading with PVDF. Pigments also stay brighter for longer than an SMP system, as well as staying cooler, due to reflecting the sun’s energy to dissipate heat.
